Beyond Finance is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the administration and coordination of its benefit plans and leave of absence programs. The Benefits Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, resolving employee benefits issues and implementing process improvements.

Role Involves:
- Administering employee benefits plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, HSA, FSA, EAP, COBRA).
- Managing the relationship with the third-party leave of absence vendor.
- Reviewing accommodation recommendations and consulting with HRBPs.
- Coordinating open enrollment and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Providing guidance to employees and managers on benefit programs and leave policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience administering health and welfare plans.
- 3+ years of experience with leave administration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS and benefit systems.
