VTS is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance its digital outbound and inbound marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of digital acquisition campaigns, a passion for growth, and deep analytical skills. Reporting to the VP, Data & GTM Strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to scale the digital marketing function within a high-performing team-driven culture. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to impact the company and industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, development, and execution of integrated, revenue-generating digital and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive pipeline growth and business alignment.
- Manage day-to-day optimization of marketing efforts and digital properties to improve conversion rates.
- Leverage product and persona insights to develop impactful, targeted campaigns.
- Maintain strong feedback loops with GTM teams to ensure campaign alignment and optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and program performance weekly.
- Accurately track marketing budgets and media spend.
- Scale nurture programs in Marketo to drive responses and lead qualification.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success running integrated campaigns across digital channels.
- Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead tactical execution.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms.
- Strong project management abilities.
