VTS is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance its digital outbound and inbound marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of digital acquisition campaigns, a passion for growth, and deep analytical skills. Reporting to the VP, Data & GTM Strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to scale the digital marketing function within a high-performing team-driven culture. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to impact the company and industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, development, and execution of integrated, revenue-generating digital and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive pipeline growth and business alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day optimization of marketing efforts and digital properties to improve conversion rates.
  • Leverage product and persona insights to develop impactful, targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain strong feedback loops with GTM teams to ensure campaign alignment and optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and program performance weekly.
  • Accurately track marketing budgets and media spend.
  • Scale nurture programs in Marketo to drive responses and lead qualification.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success running integrated campaigns across digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead tactical execution.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
