Job Description
Planet is seeking an Executive Operations Partner to support their CEO in San Francisco. This role involves providing comprehensive assistance to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The Executive Operations Partner will work closely with other executive team members to maintain company culture and focus on long-term vision.
Responsibilities: - Managing the CEO's calendar and providing operational support.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communicating with Planet's Board Members and coordinating meetings.
- Preparing briefing packets for the CEO.
- Attending meetings and managing follow-up tasks.
- Coordinating with other Executive Assistants within the company.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience supporting a CEO or equivalent executive.
- Advanced executive support skills, including travel management and calendar management.
- Experience working with internal and external high-profile individuals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
