Job Description
The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to oversee, optimize, and maintain financial systems and data governance. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze system performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure financial data integrity. The Financial Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and organizational success.

What this Role Involves:
  • Serving as a liaison between Finance and Technology teams.
  • Partnering with engineering and data teams to develop data sources and reporting solutions.
  • Leading metadata management initiatives.
  • Overseeing daily maintenance of finance & accounting applications.
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation for finance/accounting applications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving application and data-related issues.
  • Working with Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, FDI, WestEnd, Tableau, Workforce Planning, SharePoint, Confluence, and other finance systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial operations, information systems, or data analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and working with finance/accounting teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Oracle Cloud EPM, ERP) and relational database concepts.
  • Solid grasp of general accounting principles and finance & accounting operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (PowerQuery), SQL, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, Confluence, and JIRA is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
