Job Description
Constructor TECH is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic, high-impact events across Europe. The Events Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding experiences for prospects, partners, and clients. This role involves managing both in-person and virtual events, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand and event goals. The Events Manager will report to the marketing team. Constructor TECH is an all-in-one platform for education and research. With expertise in machine intelligence and data science, Constructor is built to cater to the needs of schools, higher education, corporate training, alternative credentials, and professional sports, offering solutions for teaching and administration, learning and research.

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed proposals for Constructor-led and co-hosted events.
  • Identify and secure speakers, VIP guests, and entertainment.
  • Organize webinars and online events, including agenda creation and speaker sourcing.
  • Design event layouts and agendas with a focus on branding and production quality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to promote events.
  • Provide excellent support to attendees, speakers, partners, and sponsors.
  • Forecast, track, and report on event performance metrics and ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage logistics for VIP dinners and branded experiences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in planning and executing professional events.
  • Proven ability to manage international events with cultural awareness.
  • Experience in organizing and moderating webinars.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, Figma, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ready to travel and support events outside of standard business hours when needed.
