Mortgage Closer

Job Description

Orchard is seeking a Mortgage Closer to manage loan disclosures, coordinate closings, and prepare loan closing packages. The Mortgage Closer will work under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Mortgage Operations. This role involves issuing Loan Estimates, managing Changes of Circumstances, and preparing legal documents for title companies. The ideal candidate will ensure all loans are closed in accordance with guidelines and resolve any post-closing issues.

• Issuing Loan Estimates and disclosures
• Coordinating loan closings
• Preparing legal documents and closing packages
• Reviewing loan documents for accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Resolving post-closing issues

• 2+ years of closing and disclosure experience
• Experience in calculating financial figures
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
