Auctane is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-member team and enhance team operations. The Engineering Manager will continuously improve tools and processes for people management, collaborate with other engineering managers, and contribute to a newly formed team. Requirements:

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS.
• Expertise in designing and delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems using DDD principles.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing, pairing, and continuous integration.
• Proven experience in at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Experience in developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Passion for full team ownership.
• Skilled at balancing product quality and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
