Auctane is seeking a Sales Compensation Specialist to join their Global Sales Compensation Team. This role supports sales compensation, financial planning, and analysis, collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams. The Sales Compensation Specialist will drive data-driven decision-making and provide insights to sales leadership.

What this role involves:

  • Building and maintaining financial models for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and support sales strategy decisions.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Finding creative solutions to satisfy the needs of the Sales Org.
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and enhancing data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Intermediate to excellent financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
