Cultivation Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their Yellow Springs facility. This role involves providing on-site support to cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control. The Cultivation Agent will work under the direction of the Cultivation Team Supervisor to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the cultivation facility.Responsibilities include:

• Plant Care: Pruning, topping, skirting, defoliating, moving plants, transplanting clones, and harvesting.
• Facility Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness of the cultivation facility and equipment.
• Reports and Documentation: Assisting with tracking plants and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
