Job Description
ShopMy is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Manager to own the full user journey across its three-sided marketplace. This role is pivotal in driving long-term user value, increasing LTV, and reducing churn. The Manager will identify and create automated, segmented campaigns across various channels, delivering the right message at the right time. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to shape and launch this function from the ground up, working cross-functionally with various teams to propel the company forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy, mapping key moments and designing campaigns.
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, education, customer success, and sales.
  • Ideate and execute multi-channel campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Build and manage automated email flows: onboarding, feature adoption, winback, upsell, referral, etc.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs, continuously monitor performance, and make data-informed adjustments.

Requirements:
  • 3–6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with email lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, etc).
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics.
  • Excellent cross-functional skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
