Job Description
ShopMy is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches and drive customer adoption. This role involves ensuring alignment between product and customer needs, crafting messaging, and creating enablement materials that connect the platform's value to brands and creators.Responsibilities include:
  • Driving successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Being the voice of the customer, surfacing pain points and opportunities.
  • Creating GTM playbook efforts for new feature and product launches.
  • Identifying larger stories and connecting multiple feature launches.
  • Partnering with Lifecycle and Acquisition teams to drive product adoption.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, design, education, customer success, and sales.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 6–8 years in product marketing, product management, or go-to-market roles.
  • Experience drawing out key customer insights and developing strong product positioning.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics.
  • Excellent cross-functional skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
