Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to play a strategic role in shaping the merchant experience of Affirm’s products. This individual will help define product strategy, lead go-to-market initiatives, and develop narratives that drive business outcomes. The role requires strong product intuition, strategic thinking, and a bias for action. The Product Marketing Lead will bring customer and competitive insights to the role and operate as a partner to Product, Revenue, Partnership, and Analytics leadership.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar role, ideally in a Payments or Fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of leading product launches and driving GTM strategy that delivers business results.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller.
  • Highly analytical mindset.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
  • Outstanding prioritization and project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solver.
