Senior Experience Designer

Job Description

Method, a global design and engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join their team in Mexico City. The Senior Experience Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support project leads on experience strategy and design projects. They will contribute to opportunity framing with clients, conduct research programs and workshops, and prototype future products and services.Role involves:

• Defining and designing digital product and service solutions.
• Contributing to research to inform user interaction and visual direction.
• Planning and leading collaborative workshops.
• Creating experience artifacts like customer journeys and prototypes.
• Elevating project vision and practicing responsible design.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in design research, digital strategy, or related fields.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating understanding of business problems and the design process.
• Success in launching digital products and services.
