Job Description

Pismo is seeking a Sr. TechOps Analyst to ensure seamless operational experiences for clients and internal teams. The TechOps area is structured around Support Operations and ITSM Governance, acting as a central hub connecting stakeholders across the organization. The analyst will provide essential tools, processes, and operational reporting to support daily activities, managing and resolving a wide range of inquiries.

What this role involves:

  • Tracking and monitoring resilience initiatives.
  • Defining and measuring availability metrics.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and SRE teams.
  • Engaging with incident management teams.
  • Collaborating with teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining detailed records.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of system performance metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with resilience and availability metrics.
  • Previous experience with SaaS or microservices.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Dynatrace.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with incident and problem management processes.
  • Skills to evaluate and create Root Cause Analysis for incidents.
  • Elaboration of reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Presentations for Stakeholders.
