Associate Director of Case Management Services

Job Description

WellPower is seeking an Associate Director of Case Management Services to provide strategic and operational leadership to designated clinical service areas. The Associate Director will oversee program execution, staff development, community engagement, and quality improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. This role involves partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery, promote staff engagement, and support organizational goals.Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical and administrative supervision to Program Managers and other supervisory staff.
• Leading operational oversight for designated clinical programs.
• Developing and implementing strategic goals.
• Supporting infrastructure needs, including workflows for electronic health records, reporting, billing, and contract monitoring.
• Overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development for staff.
• Monitoring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
• Assisting with budget planning, fiscal oversight, and performance improvement.
• Fostering collaboration across WellPower departments and with external partners.
• Representing WellPower in external meetings, community forums, and partnership committees.
• Promoting trauma-informed practices and supporting a diverse, inclusive, and culturally responsive work environment.
• Participating in the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 years of experience providing clinical services.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory and management experience.
• Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred.
• Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment modalities and experience in co-occurring therapy.
