Job Description
JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Supervisor for their store in Lonato del Garda. The Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in enhancing customer service and maintaining company standards.
Role Involves:
- Opening and closing the store, including merchandise arrangement and team briefings.
- Monitoring profitability through KPI tracking.
- Providing exemplary customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring the store's visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Managing stock rotation and highlighting new products.
- Overseeing loss prevention, cash management, and store safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in structured retail environments, preferably in dynamic, multinational settings.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Leadership and strong relational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
