Job Description
Smartsheet is seeking a Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support and engage with prospective customers. The role involves qualifying leads, expanding awareness among current users, and collaborating with sales teams. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Development, based in Costa Rica.

Role involves:
  • Engaging and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Expanding awareness, educating, and identifying new opportunities with current users.
  • Partnering with Commercial Sales teams.
  • Developing account knowledge and relationship maps.
  • Scheduling appointments and demos.
  • Holding thoughtful conversations over the phone and email.
  • Being a subject matter expert on Smartsheet products and services.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of sales development experience.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Docusign, Outreach, Tableau.
  • Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts.
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points and delivering solutions.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands.
  • Drive, grit, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Degree in Publicity, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred.
