Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Programme Manager/Business Architecture to lead a global team in delivering complex programmes using Agile methodologies. The initial focus will be on the Business Data Architecture Programme, a strategic initiative to enhance the Bank’s Business Architecture Platform. The Programme Manager will own end-to-end delivery, define programme strategy, and manage global teams of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs.

This position requires hybrid work, with two days a week from Kraków.

Role involves:

  • Leading a global team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and contingent resources.
  • Owning end-to-end delivery of the Business Architecture programme.
  • Defining and driving programme delivery strategy.
  • Overseeing programme governance, reporting, and benefits realization.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Programme Management or Delivery Lead roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic programmes in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of data and business architecture.
  • Expertise in Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe certification preferred).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing global teams.
  • Proficiency in change management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
