Online Events Specialist (fixed term)

Job Description

• Coordinating online events (webinars) production for several regions.
• Coordinating online events/on-demand content publishing for several regions.
• Collaborating with external and internal subject matter experts on online event organization.
• Collaborating with multiple teams across regions/departments to ensure aligned content production and promotion.
• Initiating and driving projects with creatives and web-development teams to ensure effective content placement on Veeam and 3rd party web sites.
• Using Google Analytics, Marketo, SalesForce, Tableau and other digital marketing tools and platforms to perform regular reporting on content activities results.
• Maintaining a content publishing schedule for regions.

• Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Marketing experience with 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactivity on understanding and assimilating order processing procedures functionality and importance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to quick changes and prioritise accordingly.
• Capacity to understand the company and customer’s needs.
