Job Description
Veeam is seeking an Online Events Specialist to coordinate the production, promotion, and publishing of webinars and on-demand content. This role involves working with internal and external subject matter experts and publishing content via Veeam and third-party platforms. The Online Events Specialist will collaborate with multiple teams across regions and departments to ensure aligned content production and promotion.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating online events (webinars) production for several regions.
- Coordinating online events/on-demand content publishing for several regions.
- Collaborating with external and internal subject matter experts on online event organization.
- Collaborating with multiple teams across regions/departments to ensure aligned content production and promotion.
- Initiating and driving projects with creatives and web-development teams to ensure effective content placement on Veeam and 3rd party web sites.
- Using Google Analytics, Marketo, SalesForce, Tableau and other digital marketing tools and platforms to perform regular reporting on content activities results.
- Maintaining a content publishing schedule for regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Marketing experience with 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Proficiency in English.
- Proactivity on understanding and assimilating order processing procedures functionality and importance.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to quick changes and prioritise accordingly.
- Capacity to understand the company and customer’s needs.
