Typeform is seeking a Web Analytics Specialist to join its Data Tracking team. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality, reliable data from the product, website, and third-party tools, making it accessible and actionable for various teams.
Responsibilities: - Drive the definition of tracking plans for new features and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure event naming conventions and data formats align with the data ecosystem.
- Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into tracking specifications.
- Own the implementation and management of tracking through tools like Segment and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor data quality and resolve issues.
- Develop automated solutions for event validation and monitoring.
- Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making.
- Identify and propose improvements to the tracking infrastructure.
Requirements: - Experience in web analytics, digital tracking, or marketing data implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Segment.
- Experience in conversion and impression tracking.
- Familiarity with channel attribution models.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
