Job Description
TheFork is seeking a Customer Product Success Specialist to join their team in Barcelona. This role is focused on selling and supporting TheFork Manager software in new international markets. The Customer Product Success Specialist will train, onboard, and empower new restaurant partners, ensuring they maximize the product's potential from the start. This position reports to the Sales Manager New Markets and is crucial for the successful expansion into new markets.Role involves:
- Onboarding and training new restaurant partners on TheFork Manager.
- Partnering with the Inside Sales team to provide product expertise.
- Guiding restaurants through the platform’s core features.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to streamline operations and digitize booking processes.
- Identifying retraining opportunities and offering refresh sessions.
- Collecting and sharing feedback to improve onboarding and user experience.
- Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, and Product team.
- Staying updated with product developments.
Requirements:
- Experience in training, onboarding, or customer success roles (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Hospitality background is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Polish, Arabic, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools.
- Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
