Job Description
TheFork is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Global Sales Team in Barcelona, focusing on the French market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing with restaurants. This role involves proactively contacting restaurant owners or managers via phone and meetings to present TheFork's products and services.Responsibilities include:
  • Selecting in-scope restaurants for outreach.
  • Conducting cold calls and follow-up calls to present TheFork's offerings.
  • Proposing and selling TheFork products and services, including promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, and training & marketing solutions.
  • Engaging with restaurant managers to highlight the opportunities and benefits of TheFork Manager tool and network.
  • Following up with prospects to close deals and ensure successful online publication on TheFork and affiliate websites.
Requirements:
  • Native proficiency in French and fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar telesales role.
  • Experience with CRM for pipeline management.
  • Passion for food and exceeding targets.
  • Customer-oriented with strong commercial and influencing skills.
  • Business development experience, preferably in B2B and the restaurant/hospitality sector.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.
