Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Host (Recepcionista) for their Madrid location. This role involves operating in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. The Community Host will provide a warm welcome, assist with check-ins, offer service in the restaurant and bars, and engage in conversations to make stays memorable. They will also be knowledgeable about the hotel's products and services, promoting them to guests.
What this role involves:
- Providing a warm welcome to all guests.
- Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
- Preparing and serving food and drinks.
- Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails.
- Answering guest questions about local attractions.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- European citizenship or legal permission to work in Spain.
