Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic F&B Host to join their team in Delft. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. The F&B Host will be the face of TSH, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and has an exceptional stay. They will operate in all front-of-house areas, providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and offering helpful information about the local area. TSH is known for its fun, creative, and inspiring environment, offering a hybrid hospitality concept that includes student accommodation, short and long-stay options, gyms, events, and co-working spaces.
What this role involves:
- Providing a warm welcome to all guests.
- Preparing and serving a variety of dishes and drinks.
- Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails.
- Answering guest questions and providing recommendations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
- Fluency in English.
- European citizenship or legal permission to work in The Netherlands.
