Connector Intern

Job Description

The Social Hub is seeking a Connector Intern to transform its Maastricht location into a vibrant hub for events and community engagement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for guests and fostering a strong sense of community.

The intern will work closely with the Connector to develop and execute a diverse program of events, build relationships with partners, and manage local social media channels. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, organized, and creative individual with a passion for connecting people and creating engaging content.

What this role involves:

• Connecting with the community of co-workers, hotel guests and extended stay community.
• Assisting in the setup of events for the internal community.
• Serving as a point of contact for events and community activations.
• Building relationships with partners to create recurring events.
• Hosting local student ambassadors.
• Creating and delivering digital content.
• Managing local social media channels.
• Attending local network events.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a University.
• Outgoing and confident personality.
• Natural interest in connecting with people.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Currently studying within the EU.
