Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Senior Coupa Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will focus on helping customers achieve their goals through successful and timely Coupa implementations. This role involves engaging with customers to discuss business needs, providing technical expertise on the Coupa platform, and creating implementation templates and training materials. The Senior Coupa Manager will also collaborate with consultants across different practices to build offshore team capabilities and act as a subject matter expert.
Role Involves:
- Leading customers in business need discussions.
- Providing technical understanding of the Coupa platform.
- Creating and improving implementation templates and training presentations.
- Collaborating with consultants to build offshore team capabilities.
- Acting as a Coupa subject matter expert.
- Administering and configuring the Coupa platform.
- Managing API and sFTP integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 6-7 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience (12-15 years total experience).
- Extensive knowledge of the Coupa platform.
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay Process Transformation and Spend Management Solutions.
- Experience with AP automation.
- Ability to configure, develop, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file-based integrations.
- Coupa certification (Implementation Specialist / Coupa Procurement Management) is an added advantage.
