Job Description
2K is seeking an Associate/Junior Manager, HRBP to provide business partnering support to senior managers and harmonize current policies and procedures. This role reports to the Senior Manager, 2K Madrid, and is based in either Madrid or Valencia. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR support for all employees across Valencia or Madrid, fielding front-facing HR queries and supporting the Manager, HRBP with onboarding, benefits administration, and partnering with the global HR ops team. They will actively progress the label from a performance, culture, and engagement perspective, adding solution-oriented support to employees and managers.This is a hybrid role with the option of working from home up to two days a week and three days in the office.What this role involves:
  • Administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Creating and managing various HR reports and metrics.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training and development initiatives.
  • Ensuring end-to-end legal compliance.
  • Hosting regular listening groups and HR open door days.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of HR experience in a medium, fast-paced, global matrix organization.
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Advanced capability in using Microsoft Excel & Workday HRIS.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Awareness of own limitations and when to seek support/advice.
