Job Description

2K is seeking an Associate/Junior Manager, HRBP to provide business partnering support to senior managers and harmonize current policies and procedures. This role involves supporting employees in Valencia or Madrid, handling HR queries, and assisting with onboarding and benefits administration. The candidate will contribute to performance, culture, and engagement initiatives, offering solution-oriented support to employees and managers.

What this role involves:

  • Administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Creating and managing HR reports and metrics.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training and development initiatives.
  • Ensuring legal compliance.
  • Hosting listening groups and HR open door days.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years HR Experience in a medium, fast-paced, global matrix organization.
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Advanced capability in using Microsoft Excel & Workday HRIS.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Awareness of own limitations and when to seek support/advice.
