Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant (H/F) to provide support to elderly individuals. This role involves providing assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring the well-being of clients in Vulaines-Sur-Seine.
The Home Care Assistant will be part of a supportive team, with access to personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact person, and innovative digital tools to facilitate daily tasks and administrative processes. Role Involves:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
- A diploma or minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months of experience with internal training)
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
