Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated home helpers or personal assistants (H/F) to provide meaningful care to elderly individuals, offering both part-time and full-time CDI contracts. Ouihelp ensures that assignments align with the caregiver's daily life by providing a stable weekly schedule, tailored to the desired number of hours/days, with each visit lasting at least one hour to foster strong relationships with clients and their families.

Ouihelp commits to supporting its team members by providing personalized onboarding, a dedicated advisor for all questions, and innovative digital tools to simplify daily tasks and administrative procedures.

The role involves providing companionship and assistance with essential daily activities. Applicants should have a diploma or at least 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months with Ouihelp's paid internal training).
