Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is looking for home helpers (H/F) to support elderly people. The role is a permanent contract (CDI) as a representative, part-time or full-time.Ouihelp adapts missions to the employee's daily routine, offering a stable schedule from one week to the next, filled to the desired number of hours/days. Missions last at least one hour to optimize travel and allow building a strong relationship with beneficiaries and their families.Ouihelp provides a dedicated contact person for all questions and innovative digital tools to facilitate daily life and administrative procedures.The role involves providing company to essential daily tasks.Requirements:
- A diploma or 3 years of experience minimum in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow Ouihelp's internal paid training upon arrival).
