Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Fluxon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to be a strategic force and trusted partner to customers. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving key strategic decisions, establishing a clear product vision, and leading full product and feature development cycles. Specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, and will require communicating roadmaps, decisions, and learnings across a wide range of audiences.

• Developing expertise in customer domains like AI, healthcare, SaaS, and eCommerce
• Building partnerships with startups and tech leaders
• Establishing product vision and connecting across functions
• Communicating roadmaps and decisions to various audiences
• Leading product and feature development cycles

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience taking products through the entire development lifecycle
• Clear and structured communicator
• Excitement for solving complex problems
