Aspire.io is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth and close deals with mid-sized brands. The Account Executive will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have an interest in digital marketing strategy, strong sales skills, and a consultative approach.
What this role involves: - Owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
- Hunting for new business by proactively reaching out to marketing decision-makers.
- Leading strategic discovery calls to uncover customer pain points.
- Closing mid-market deals ($25K-$75K ACV).
- Driving urgency without discounting.
- Leveraging top sales tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator.
- Being highly accountable and coachable.
What company is looking for: - 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales and exceeding quota.
- Experience selling to marketing decision-makers.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Highly accountable, coachable, and process-driven.
