Principal DevOps Engineer

Poppulo is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to play a key role in driving the growth of their software company. • Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Architecting and overseeing CI/CD pipelines.
• Leading the design of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Defining and implementing observability frameworks.
• Collaborating on security and compliance integration.
• Providing technical leadership and documentation.
• Leading performance tuning and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven track record architecting complex infrastructure using Terraform.
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD architecture.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Deep expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Demonstrated experience guiding teams in infrastructure observability.
• Ability to influence at all levels with exceptional communication and strategic thinking.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical direction.
