Job Description
Poppulo is seeking a Sales Enablement Learning & Content Specialist to play a crucial role in delivering field enablement solutions for sellers globally. This role involves administration, scheduling, content development, and reporting of learning and enablement programs for all sales org initiatives globally. The specialist will be the lead admin within Poppulo's Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) and other enablement platforms.
Role involves:
- Driving programming responsibilities within the Sales enablement plan.
- Designing, developing, and delivering interactive eLearning and on-the-job collateral.
- Managing coordination relating to seller onboarding programs.
- System administration and management within HighSpot, Docebo, Ascender, and other tools.
- Developing best-in-class enablement resources for on-the-job learning.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an enablement/L&D coordinator or learning content design and development.
- Experience designing and delivering employee learning programs.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring and management tools.
- Ability to upskill quickly and adopt new AI-powered tools.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work UK Shifts.
