Xometry is seeking a motivated Account Executive I to join their outbound sales team in Lexington, KY. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Xometry's reach and impact in the manufacturing industry.
    Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects.
  • Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manufacturing background a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days a week.
