Xometry is seeking a motivated Account Executive I to join their outbound sales team in Lexington, KY. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Xometry's reach and impact in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects.
- Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Schedule and conduct meetings and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 0-2+ years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manufacturing background a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days a week.
