Job Description
Xometry is seeking a dynamic and goal-driven SMB Account Manager to nurture and expand a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent client relationship skills, and a focus on driving revenue growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for retaining a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts, analyzing client performance data, and proactively identifying at-risk accounts. They will also identify and pitch upsell opportunities to existing clients, collaborate with Solutions Engineers to develop compelling proposals, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts.
  • Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to educate and recommend improved solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Identify and proactively pitch upsell opportunities (e.g., new products, services, increased spend) to existing clients.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to develop and present compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
