The company values teamwork, flexibility, continuous development, and disruptive thinking.This role is for a Senior Planning and Data Analyst to support the sales channels of TON consultants. The team supports the sales channel, creates and maintains dashboards, ensures data accuracy, and analyzes trends to improve channel performance.Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor the operational and management results of the Renda Extra team.
• Create reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy in partnership with the Data Engineer.
• Propose improvements and innovations for the area, developing new views in Looker Studio.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (DataStudio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data, extracting insights for the business.
• Understanding of sales metrics, commercial goals, and channel performance.
