Stone is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. The Sales Specialist will be a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. They will act as a consultant, developing specific strategies for business segments and delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting clients according to target.
  • Creating and presenting proposals based on client needs.
  • Managing a portfolio of key clients in the region.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining continuous and excellent post-sales relationships.
  • Analyzing the competition and market trends.
  • Participating in daily morning meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learnings.

Requirements:

  • Experience with consultative sales (key account, large accounts).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy and passion for serving customers.
  • Commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
  • Skills in teamwork, planning, organization, and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
