Stone is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil. The Sales Specialist will be a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. They will act as a consultant, developing specific strategies for business segments and delivering excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting clients according to target.
- Creating and presenting proposals based on client needs.
- Managing a portfolio of key clients in the region.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintaining continuous and excellent post-sales relationship.
- Analyzing competition and market trends.
- Participating in daily morning meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learnings.
Requirements:
- Experience with consultative sales (key account, large accounts).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High energy and passion for serving customers.
- Commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
- Teamwork, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
