Stone is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in São José dos Campos/SP. This role involves being a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs, and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. The Sales Specialist will act as a consultant, developing specific strategies for business segments and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities: - Prospecting clients according to target.
- Creating and presenting proposals based on client needs.
- Managing a portfolio of key clients in the region.
- Maintaining continuous and excellent post-sales relationships.
- Analyzing competition and market trends.
- Participating in daily morning meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learnings.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements: - Experience with consultative sales (key account, large accounts).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High energy and passion for serving customers.
- Commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
- Skills in teamwork, planning, organization, and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
