Pharmbills is seeking a Medical Biller to join their growing international network. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payment processing for top U.S. healthcare institutions. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across multiple countries, making a real impact on healthcare operations.

What this role involves:

• Preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate invoices for healthcare services.
• Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Maintaining detailed and organized financial records.
• Tracking payments and following up on outstanding accounts.
• Engaging closely with U.S. healthcare clients and internal teams to optimize billing processes.
• Generating reports on billing status and accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of billing processes and basic accounting.
• Precision is key in keeping records accurate.
• Experience with Excel and billing/accounting software is a plus.
• Strong English skills (B2+) to interact with U.S. clients.
• Ability to act independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Availability to by busy according to the U.S. business hours.
