Job Description
Pharmbills is seeking a Medical Biller to join their growing international network. This role is crucial in ensuring healthcare providers receive timely and accurate payments, allowing them to focus on patient care. The Medical Biller will collaborate with a diverse team across multiple countries, working with top U.S. healthcare institutions.
What role involves:
- Preparing and issuing accurate invoices for healthcare services.
- Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Maintaining detailed and organized financial records.
- Tracking payments and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Collaborating with U.S. healthcare clients and internal teams.
- Generating reports on billing status and accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of billing processes and basic accounting.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel and billing/accounting software is a plus.
- Strong English skills (B2+).
- Ability to act independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work according to U.S. business hours.
