- Understanding technical requirements

- Ensuring data integrity
- Building relationships with hiring managers
Requirements: - Significant technical recruiting experience
- 7+ years managing recruiter functions
- Proven track record of closing difficult candidates
- Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle
- Experience working with technical team leadership
- Data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and ATS (Greenhouse)
- Passion for the biotech industry
