  • Creating and implementing sourcing strategies
  • Measuring and improving hiring metrics
  • Innovating on recruiting strategies
  • Coaching hiring managers
  • Understanding technical requirements
  • Staying aware of industry trends
  • Ensuring data integrity
  • Building relationships with hiring managers
Requirements:
  • Significant technical recruiting experience
  • 7+ years managing recruiter functions
  • Proven track record of closing difficult candidates
  • Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle
  • Experience working with technical team leadership
  • Data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Passion for the biotech industry
