Voice Provisioner

Job Description

Vonage is seeking a Voice Provisioner to join their team in Wroclaw, Poland. The Voice Provisioner will be responsible for provisioning customer services on the Vonage Hosted IP PBX VoIP platform. This role involves end-to-end configuration of all components needed to deliver the service, interacting with customers to clarify requirements, and ensuring all aspects of the turn-up process are documented in Vonage systems. This role will be covering North America time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Review project documentation and participate in project meetings.
• Provision customer voice services such as hunt groups, auto attendants, voice endpoints, and 3rd party services.
• Remotely deploy Vonage equipment and services for customer solutions with on-site resources.
• Serve as the first level operational escalation point for customer-related voice issues.

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Hosted VoIP Experience
• Basic Technical Troubleshooting Experience
• Basic Networking Knowledge
• Background in telecommunications services
• Working knowledge and experience with Telephone services and PBX based features.
• Must be organized and able to work in a quickly changing internal and external environment.
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the discipline necessary to work in an environment with little direct supervision.
• Communication and interpersonal skills required to interact both orally and written with customers and management
• Must be able to multitask, work tight deadlines and focus on project completion with a focus on attention to minute details.
