Product Manager (Platform)

Innovaccer is seeking a Product Manager to spearhead the development of its Data Platform. This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product success through data-driven decisions.

Role involves:

• Developing and executing the product vision and strategy.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Developing sales collateral and enablement materials.
• Maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team for product launches.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
