Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to contribute to the development of impactful products. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, while aligning with the company's business strategy. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive product development and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Top tier MBA (India or International); Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Manager
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare landscape and trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience building world class products
- Experience building platforms including working across multiple companies to bring a product to market successfully is a strong plus
- Medical informatics and clinical workflow experience
- Experience with prior authorization workflows is a plus, as is formal clinical training
- Strong communication skills
- Technical depth
- High level of organization and project management
