Chatham Financial is seeking an Analyst for its Loan Data Extraction team in Chennai, India. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for reviewing and extracting data from real estate source documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate investment or data management and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and extracting information from real estate source documents.
• Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders.
• Communicating effectively with internal team members and stakeholders.
• Completing internal training modules.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial document processing, credit analysis, loan operations, or a similar field.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of Loan Documents.
• Data Entry Speed and Accuracy.
• Critical Thinking & Pattern Recognition.
• Effective communication skills.
• Real estate familiarity – Experience working with institutional real estate data or clients is a plus.
