Job Description
OneTrust is seeking an Enterprise Corporate Sales Manager II with fluency in French to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of customer-facing experience in account management, renewals, or sales within the software industry. The ideal candidate will excel at value selling, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of customers and cultivating relationships.
  • Collaborating with customer success, sales, and partners.
  • Navigating contract complexities and addressing compliance issues.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities for increased software platform utilization.
  • Managing customer sales (upsells and cross-sells).
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Churn forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborating with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Understanding key competitors and their strategies.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in French.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing sales and/or Account Management and/or renewals management experience.
  • Passionate for understanding technology and customer success stories.
  • Process excellence within sales and renewals cycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced & high-volume environment.
