XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead strategic initiatives in digitalizing and automating operational processes. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, scalability, and innovation. The Engineering Manager will lead technical teams in projects involving technologies like OCR, RPA, workflow tools, low-code platforms, and Gen AI, directly impacting process optimization in dynamic environments such as brokerages or banks.

• Leading engineering projects for digital transformation of operational processes.
• Coordinating process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Interfacing between business and technology to ensure high-impact and efficient deliveries.
• Working with technologies like .NET/C#, OCR, RPA, and workflow tools.
• Ensuring engineering best practices and providing technical leadership.
• Developing and supporting the technical team, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or technical lead in technology projects.
• Solid knowledge in .NET and C#, with interest in low-code technologies and automation solutions.
• Experience with process mapping and restructuring in regulated environments like brokerages or banks.
• Practical knowledge or interest in OCR, RPA, workflow tools, and digital automation platforms.
• Proactive, organized, with the ability to prioritize demands and work in complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on collaboration between technical and business areas.
• Residency in São Paulo with availability for a hybrid model (3x per week).
